Regulated iGaming markets are jurisdictions where online casino and betting operations require a local licence, certified technology and ongoing reporting to a national regulator. Vuch is a B2B infrastructure provider combining prediction markets and online casino on a unified wallet, with an AMM liquidity core, a built-in real-time risk and compliance engine, and an admin back office that supports regulator-reporting tooling. Risk thresholds and operational limits are configuration parameters tunable per jurisdiction, and certification against each regulator's technical standards is scoped per deployment.
The markets we support, by name
We name our markets because "30+ jurisdictions" tells a compliance team nothing. Our market guides cover:
- United Kingdom — Gambling Commission (UKGC), GAMSTOP integration, Remote Technical Standards
- Ontario, Canada — AGCO registration and iGaming Ontario operating agreements
- Alberta, Canada — the newest Canadian open market under the iGaming Alberta Act
- Germany — GGL licensing under GlüStV 2021, OASIS and LUGAS integrations
- Sweden — Spelinspektionen licensing and Spelpaus integration
- Netherlands — KSA licensing, CRUKS and Control Database (CDB) integration
- Spain — DGOJ general and singular licences, RGIAJ integration
- Italy — ADM concessions and central-system reporting
- Romania — ONJN Class 1 and Class 2 licensing
- Denmark — Spillemyndigheden licensing, ROFUS and SAFE reporting
- Brazil — SPA/MF federal authorisation under Law 14,790/2023, SIGAP reporting
- US states — New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia and Connecticut, on a state-by-state basis
Each market page below covers the regulator, licence types, taxes, technical requirements — including national self-exclusion registries — and how a Vuch deployment is scoped for that jurisdiction.
How market entry works with Vuch
Market entry follows the same sequence everywhere, even though the details differ per regulator:
- Scoping. We map your target market against your corporate structure and existing licences, and define the certification and supplier-permit strategy the jurisdiction requires. Vuch holds no licences or certifications itself; a certification roadmap and due-diligence pack are available on request.
- Licence support. You (or your legal counsel) file the operator application; Vuch supplies technical documentation about the platform — architecture descriptions and the material regulators typically request from a technology supplier — as part of the deployment scope.
- Market configuration. Jurisdiction mapping translates the market's rules into platform configuration: risk-engine thresholds, operational limits, commercial settings and responsible gambling controls, all tunable per jurisdiction from the admin back office.
- Regulatory integrations. The platform provides self-exclusion integration capability; connections to national registries (GAMSTOP, OASIS, Spelpaus, CRUKS, ROFUS, RGIAJ and others) and regulator reporting pipelines are implemented and certified per deployment. Regulator reports and exports are generated from the admin back office; mapping to a jurisdiction's prescribed format is deployment scope.
- Go-live. A white-label deployment typically takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on integrations and jurisdiction.
Because the platform is modular, adding a second or third market to an existing Vuch operation reuses the same unified wallet and back office — only the per-market configuration and reporting integrations change.
One practical note on payments: current payment rails are USDT deposits and withdrawals; a fiat payment layer is on the roadmap. For fiat-first markets such as the UK, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands, local fiat payment integration is part of the deployment conversation and a gating item for launch. Newly opened markets such as Brazil and Alberta reward early movers, but their timelines include first-time certification and regulator onboarding, so scoping starts earlier.
