Turnkey Solution

Published: 2026-08-12Last updated: 2026-08-12

A turnkey solution is a complete, ready-to-launch iGaming platform — PAM, games, payments, front end and back office — delivered by one supplier and operated under the operator's own gambling licence.

The word "turnkey" is the key distinction from white label: in a turnkey deal the operator holds the licence, owns the player database and carries regulatory responsibility, while the supplier provides and maintains the technology. In a white label deal, the operator runs under the supplier's licence.

A typical turnkey scope includes:

  • Platform core — PAM, wallet, bonus engine, back office;
  • Content — aggregated casino games, optionally sportsbook;
  • Payments — pre-integrated PSP cashier;
  • Compliance tooling configured for the operator's licensed markets;
  • Hosting, maintenance and updates handled by the supplier.

Commercially, turnkey deals usually combine a setup fee with a monthly fee or GGR share, which trades capex for speed: launch timelines are measured in weeks rather than the year-plus of in-house builds.

Why it matters: turnkey is the standard route for licensed operators who want control of brand and data without building a platform team. Compare scope and timelines on the Vuch turnkey casino solution page.
